Danau singkarak Mempunyai spesies ikan yng hanya ada di Danau Singkarak yaitu "ikan Bilih"...! jadi Danau Singkarak tidak bisa dipisahkan dari ikan bilih makanya apabila anda pergi keDanau Singkarak cicipi juga gorengan / palai ikan bilih...................!
